Listingbook provides a link from your agent that you log into and then you log in and set up your own search parameters and filters to obtain the listings you want to see and track.
This is truely a user friendly site and gives alot of information on each listing. It offers you the ability to track and file listings in a favorites or rejects file for future reference. You can easily send a message to your agent on any particular listing, using a note pad.
This is a great service and most of my clients love it. It gives them the freedom to search the MLS and see listings as they come on the MLS and they contact me when they are ready to set up a listing appointment.
